The McCarty Cancer Foundation was created by NHL star Darren McCarty of the Calgary Flames and formerly of the Detroit Red Wings. With Darren's relentless efforts and those of many devoted individuals, the McCarty Cancer Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of multiple myeloma and improving the quality of life of myeloma cancer patients, while working toward prevention and a cure.

A Letter from Roberta McCarty

This past summer was one of many changes for the McCarty Cancer Foundation. In June we moved our office to a new location, in August Darren signed with the Calgary Flames and over the last three months we have been preparing for the launch of our new website.
